Fresh Apple Salsa

Apple salsa is versatile and full of flavor. It's a great topping on cinnamon pita chips, fish tacos, or even eaten by itself.

Recommended Apple Variety: Rave®, SweeTango®, Kanzi®

Ingredients

 ¼ cup Lime Juice
 3 Rave Apples[Small Dice]
 1 Small Red Onion[Small Diced]
 ¼ cup Cilantro[Roughly Chopped]
 1 Jalapeno Pepper[Seeded and Minced]
 1 Poblano Pepper[Seeded and Minced]
 1 tbsp Agave
 Salt to Taste

Directions

Pour the lime juice into a medium bowl.

Finely dice the apples and toss in the lime juice.

Add the cilantro, jalapeno, poblano, onion, and agave and toss until well combined—season with salt to taste.

Serve on top of pork, chicken, or fish tacos or with cinnamon pita chips.
