Apple Chicken Salad Pitas
This fresh apple chicken salad is ideal for meal prep with kid school lunches and quick dinner plans during the busy work week. Apples add a snappy zing to this recipe and give it that extra kick of energy you need to get through the day.

Ingredients
*Grilled Chicken is preferred as it adds a nice flavor. You can also use rotisserie chicken for this recipe.
Directions
Mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, kosher salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
Add the chicken, diced apple, raisins, red onion, and cilantro to the bowl. Stir to combine.
Add chicken salad and fresh greens to each pita and enjoy!
