Description
RubyFrost® apples offer a deep, rich flavor with a hearty crunch and crisp texture. Developed at Cornell University in New York, RubyFrost® is one of the few apple varieties available fresh during the winter months. Its plump, luscious size also makes it an excellent choice for baking. A natural cross between Braeburn and Autumn Crisp, RubyFrost® apples are a great source of Vitamin C.
