SweeTango® Apple Energy Bites

Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp pepitas
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup shredded SweeTango Apple

To make, combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.

Use an ice cream scoop or tablespoon to scoop enough mixture to make a 2-inch ball.

Roll each ball in your hands until round and smooth.
