Apple Turkey Club Sandwich

Cut a Fuji apple into thin slices.
Spread aioli onto one side of three slices of bread. Set one aside and layer turkey slices on the other two.
Place cheese slices, then apple slices on top of turkey on both pieces of bread. Stack one ingredient-laden bread slice on top of the other.
Add tomato slices, bacon, and lettuce. Place the third slice of bread on top to cap the sandwich.
Carefully slice sandwich crosswise into fourths. Use toothpicks to hold the quarters together.
