Broccoli Apple Salad (No Mayo)

4 cups broccoli chopped

1 EverCrisp® apple diced

1 cup carrots grated

1 shallot finely minced

½ cup dried cranberries

¼ cup unsalted raw pumpkin seeds

¼ cup blood orange vinaigrette

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Toss salad the blood orange vinaigrette until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
